§ Mr. Baldwinasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what are the amounts now standing to the credit of the Cotton and Coffee Control Funds which originated in Uganda in 1942–43; how these sums will be utilised; and whether the funds will be spent only for the benefit 128W of those in cotton and coffee producing areas.
