Mr. Warbeyasked the Minister of Defence whether he will issue a White Paper giving a full account of the military arrangements and understandings between the United Kingdom and the United States, including such matters as the Combined Chiefs of Staff, the sharing of military bases, the exchange of military research data, and the arrangements for regional strategic co-operation.
