§ Mr. Skeffington-Lodgeasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty whether, as there has been an unofficial disclosure of the strength of the Fleet in the publication "The Navy," he will now give the House accurate details of the ships at present commissioned in the Royal Navy.
