§ Mr. WoodburnThe North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board are in negotiation56W with a number of firms who are considering developments in the highlands based on hydro-electric power. The Government for their part will do all they can to assist and I am considering how the investigation of the possibilities can best be carried further.
