EdwardsLike other endowments they will, in the case of teaching hospitals, pass to the new Boards of Governors and, in the case of non-teaching hospitals, to the Hospital Endowments Fund for use at the discretion of the hospital bodies for hospital purposes or research. They will not pass to the Exchequer.
