§ 104. Mr. Orbachasked the Minister of Transport what representations he has received from the Chamber of Commerce and citizens of Willesden asking for the installation of traffic lights at Neasden Circle, Willesden; and whether he proposes to acquiesce to these requests.
§ Mr. BarnesNone, so far as I am aware, but as a result of discussion with Willesden Town Council the question whether a pedestrian subway under the North Circular Road should be provided is being considered. I do not think that the installation of traffic lights would be the best course to adopt.
