Mr. Jannerasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that certain local authorities are being refused permission to carry out works in connection with the provision and reconditioning of playing fields; and whether in view of the bad conditions caused by many years during which no work has been carried out on the fields, the necessary permission will now be granted.
