HC Deb 04 February 1948 vol 446 c282W
76. Mr. Platts-Mills

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty whether he will ask the Australian Government to make available for study by His Majesty's Government the report of the senior officers who are to be attached to the R.A.N. Fleet Air Arm in order to undergo unofficial instruction on board ships of the American Task Force in Pacific waters.

Mr. Dugdale

I am informed that six officers of the Royal Australian Navy travelled with the United States Task Force 38 from Honolulu to Sydney, but I understand this is a matter of normal inter-service co-operation and calls for no special report.
