§ 71. Captain Marsdenasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty if he will now make known in detail the 280W strength of His Majesty's Fleet, giving the numbers and tonnage of each category of ships, stating whether they are in full commission, with reduced complements in reserve or on the sale or disposal list.
