HC Deb 02 February 1948 vol 446 cc223-4W
Sir E. Graham-Little

asked the Minister of Agriculture if he will supply particulars of the amount of petrol granted to agricultural executive committees, their subcommittees, their staff and their workers, both for administrative work and farm operations, including the transport of workers and equipment; and how much petrol has been granted by the Petroleum Department to members, staff and employees of agricultural executive committees and their sub-committees during the past twelvemonth.

Mr. T. Williams

During the past year approximately 12 million gallons of petrol were supplied to the agricultural executive committees for all purposes. I have no information as to how much petrol was granted by the Petroleum Department to members, staff and employees of the committees and their sub-committees.
