Graham-Littleasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that at a certain hospital, whose name has been submitted to him, a general practitioner practising in the neighbourhood has not been permitted to see the notes of his patients when they go into the hospital; and whether this refusal is in accordance with his instructions.
