§ Mr. BevanSection 38 of the National Health Service Act, 1946, limits the provision of pharmaceutical services to persons who are receiving general medical services under the Act, or, in certain cases, general dental services. I would repeat that the use of the Health Service is not in any way dependent on the payment of contributions under the National Insurance Act.
