§ Mr. BottomleyThe rationing of these and of other particular kinds of clothing will end as soon as supplies, present and prospective, of these kinds and of the materials from which they are made are sufficient to meet the rising export programme in full, and to leave a reasonably adequate balance for unrationed home demand.
