§ Mr. Granvilleasked the Minister of Food if he is now prepared to reconsider an increase in the meat ration for agricultural workers, in particular during the winter months and during the sugar beet season in addition to the special rations for harvesting which are often in short supply in villages in East Anglia and other parts.
§ Mr. StracheyI am sorry, but as I have previously stated, we have not enough meat to permit of an increased ration for agricultural workers.
