§ 69. Mr. Astorasked the Postmaster-General if he will take steps to alter the regulations governing matters of compensation, so that the Post Office will pay compensation for loss due to its own negligence, as in the case of Miss P. E. M. Goodman, of 41, Littleheath Road, Selsdon, Surrey.
