Mr. Skinnardasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will publish Treasury Direction No. 11 to the War Damage Commission, in view of the desirability of making it more widely known that thereby the War Damage Commission is authorised to admit a cost of work claim for clearing a site in certain cases falling to be dealt with on a value payment basis.
