Mr. Hurdasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that rural district councils are pooling with other housing subsidy receipts the special subsidy paid to them for council houses let to agricultural workers; and what action he proposes to take, as this is contrary to the intention of Parliament when the special agricultural subsidy was provided.
