Mr. Boardmanasked the Minister of Food what representations he has received from the grocery trade respecting the accumulation of heavy stocks of jam as a consequence of many customers 10W taking sugar in lieu of their preserves ration; and if he will consider the reduction of these stocks by authorising an off-the-ration allocation at an early date.
