§ Sir E. Graham-Littleasked the Minister of Health if panel doctors under their present contract will be paid for any new patients taken on their lists for treatment during the quarter previous to the expiry of the National Health Insurance Act.
§ Mr. BevanIt is contemplated that the payments an insurance doctor will receive for the period 1st January to 4th July, 1948, will be based on the average of the number of persons on his list on 1st January and 1st April.
