§ Sir I. Fraserasked the Attorney-General in how many instances since 5th May, 1947, an entitlement pensions appeal tribunal has failed to arrive at a unanimous decision and as a result the appeal has been referred to a different appeal court.
§ The Attorney-GeneralFrom 5th May, 1947, until 8th April, 1948, there were 84 entitlement appeals in which a pensions appeal tribunal did not reach a unanimous decision and which were as a result adjourned for re-hearing by another tribunal.
