Mr. Creech JonesColonial timbers are chiefly hardwoods, and every effort is being made to develop these woods needed by this country subject, of course, to maintaining a sound afforestation policy. Much new machinery and railway equipment is being obtained both by Governments and by private firms, although there is sometimes delay in securing equipment.
