HC Deb 13 April 1948 vol 449 c65W
Mr. Low

asked the Minister of Labour whether he is aware of a case of which the name has been given to him, where a man has been ordered to attend three medical examinations within a few months prior to being called up, and that the man has now been ordered to attend a fourth medical examination at which a psychiatrist will attend even though the man's local doctor and other specialists have certified that he is physically unfit to be called up; and what action he is taking.
