§ Mr. RobensYes, Sir. Amendments of the Explosives in Coal Mines Order, based on the recommendations of the Chief Inspector's Report, are being drafted for discussion with the parties concerned. In the meantime, I have asked the National Coal Board to take whatever steps they think appropriate to give effect to the Chief Inspector's recommendations.
