Mr. DugdaleIn August, 1939, approximately 6 per cent. of the total Naval strength were serving with the Fleet Air Arm. This includes R.A.F. officers and men lent to the Royal Navy and borne in Naval Vote A in lieu of Naval officers and ratings.
