WilliamsYes, I have set up a Smallholdings Advisory Council with the 23W following terms of reference: "To advise on the various matters arising in connection with the administration of Part IV of the Agriculture Act, 1947, relating to smallholdings and generally on questions connected with the provision, equipment and management of smallholdings in England and Wales." My hon. Friend the Member for Belper (Mr. G. Brown) Will act as chairman and the remaining members of the Council are: Mr. R. H. Angell, Alderman W. A. J. Case, M.B.E., J.P., Miss A. K.
