THE EARL OF MANSFIELD

asked His Majesty's Government whether they dill state which members of the Cabinet returned to London by air on the occasion of the recent so-called emergency meetings of the Cabinet, and whether the extra cost, above that of railway tickets, was met by the Ministers concerned, or out of public funds; and, if the latter, what was the total mileage flown, and at what cost to the taxpayer?

The Prime Minister, the then Preside at of the Board of Trade, the Minister of Health and the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, travelled to London by air for meetings of the Cabinet in August.
