§ Mr. TomlinsonI am sending my hon. Friend a copy of Circular 53 issued in June, 1945. Full-time courses of one year are provided at five university institutions and a growing number of shorter courses are organised by local authorities and voluntary bodies. I expect shortly to receive the report of a special committee on this and other relevant matters.
