Wakefieldasked the Minister of Fuel and Power if he is aware of the hardship being experienced by ex-Service men who have started private hire-car businesses on leaving the Services in recent years; and will he review the present refusal to allocate petrol to such people who have been using their basic petrol allotment for car-hire purposes.
