Mr. De la Bèreasked the Minister of Health if he will give an assurance that all contracts made by hospitals will be 169W honoured by his Department when the hospitals are taken over.
§ Mr. BevanRights and liabilities under contracts made for the purpose of carrying on the work of a hospital transferable under the National Health Service Act are themselves transferable by virtue of Section 6 of the Act.
