§ Mr. RobensStatistics available do not distinguish in all cases between road and non-road use of light hydro-carbon oils. It is estimated, however, that, the annual consumption of these oils, including coal tar products for non-road use in industry, agriculture and civil aviation is about 200 million gallons.
