§ Mr. F. Noel-Bakerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs when he intends to open negotiations with the Italian Government for the abolition of visa formalities for British travellers to Italy and vice versa.
§ Mr. MayhewAs announced in the communiqué issued on the conclusion of talks between my right hon. Friend and Count Sforza, it was agreed that an agreement should be concluded in the immediate future for the abolition of visas for British subjects travelling to Italy and Italian citizens travelling to the United Kingdom. Negotiations will be started at once.
