§ Mr. W. EdwardsCareful consideration has been given to the provision of a separate mess for chief and engine room artificers, but for the reasons given in the reply to my hon. Friend's Question of 26th February last, it has been decided that chief petty officers and petty officers of all branches shall share their respective messes.
