asked the Minister for Economic Affairs if he has considered the copy sent to him of the article in "Tory Challenge" by Sir Graham Cunningham, a member of the Economic Planning Board, which makes partisan criticisims of His Majesty's Government; and what disciplinary action he is taking in the matter.
