§ Mr. Lawasked the Minister of Agriculture if he is aware that Church Passage, leading from Kensington Church Street to Kensington Gardens, now opens at 8.15 a.m, and closes at 8 p.m.; and if he will make arrangements for the gates to be opened at 7 a.m. and closed at 10 p.m. during the period of double summer time, in view of the fact that many residents in the district want to get into the gardens during the light summer evenings.
