§ Mr. ShinwellI am aware that there has been some complaint which has not been limited to the period since the National Coal Board took over. As I have previously stated, the Board is giving close attention to the improvement in standards of quality, but under present conditions it is not practicable to specify that only coal of a particular standard shall be supplied for domestic use.
