For information concerning the postwar programme of the Ordnance Survey, I would refer to the reply to the hon. and gallant Member for East Grinstead (Colonel Clarke) given by my predecessor on 25th April, 1945. I am sending a copy to the hon. and gallant Member. Since that date the Ordnance Survey has published revised editions of nearly 4,000 different maps on scales ranging from 16 miles to the inch to 25 inches to the mile.
