§ Mr. ShinwellNo information is available as to the quantity of used lubricating oil that is re-refined in this country but, considerable publicity has been given to the need for re-refining, and if my hon. Friend knows of any firm which desires to dispose of appreciable quantities of such oil, I shall be glad to furnish him with a list of firms undertaking re-refining.
