§ Mr. BellengerThis film was passed by my Department some considerable time ago for showing to prisoners of war provided certain cuts were made in it. In view of the suggestions contained in the Question, I am having immediate steps taken to check that no uncut copies are being shown to prisoners of war. The arrangements at present in force are that no films are shown to prisoners of war unless they are found suitable by the German Section of the Foreign Office.
