§ Mr. SteeleNo, Sir. Fishermen are insured under the existing unemployment insurance scheme only if they are employed under a contract of service or apprenticeship and are not wholly remunerated by a share of the catch. I would, however, refer the hon. Member to the reply given to the hon. Member for Bodmin (Mr. D. Marshall) on 4th March of which I am sending him a copy.
