§ 81. Mr. Prittasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that the Wimbledon Rent Tribunal habitually withholds from applicants for rent reduction information as to the answers given by their landlords to the questions in official forms of inquiry as to the price or value or rent of the house unfurnished; and whether he will instruct tribunals on this matter, since it is contrary to natural justice to take evidence from one party behind the back of the other.
