§ Mr. BelcherThe import of handbags was licensed in October last to enable additional quantities of consumer goods to be available for the Christmas season. A proportion were imported in time, although import of others may have been delayed. The total value of the handbags licensed was approximately £30,000, and for the present no further licences are being issued.
