§ 115. Mr. Osborneasked the Minister of Works why the windows in the Central Lobby have not been repaired in accordance with his promise nearly six months ago; and, since labour and materials have been made available to repair public—houses and beauty parlours, why they have not been supplied for repairing the Palace of Westminster.
§ Mr. KeyThe glass for the windows of the Central Lobby has to be specially made and the capacity for its production is extremely small. This difficulty does not arise in the other types of repair work to which the hon. Member refers.
