§ 86. Sir J. Lucasasked the Minister of Fuel and Power if, in cities where there is evidence that an overwhelming number of the citizens desire it, he will permit the switch-on hours to be varied from 12 noon to 2 p.m. to 11.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
