Mr. Skinnardasked the Minister of of Health, in view of the fact that many bombed-out persons were found temporary accommodation by local authorities on condition that they should return to their original homes when they were reconstructed, whether there is any regulation to protect those who were tenants of residential premises against refusal by the owners to re-let to them.
