§ Mr. J. EdwardsI am sending my hon. Friend a copy of the Model Standing Orders issued by my Department for the guidance of local authorities, and would draw his attention to No. 19. Most local authorities are, I am sure, aware of the desirability of granting facilities for the attendance of members of the public at their meetings wherever possible.
