§ Mr. BottomleyFinancial responsibility in the matter of migration to Southern Rhodesia is confined to the arrangements, already announced, but not yet operative, whereby free passages will be granted to a limited number of suitable British men and women who have served in the Armed Forces or Merchant Navy of the United Kingdom during the recent war. The answer to the second part, of the Question is in the negative.
