§ Mr. BelcherThe position is the same as it always has been since the beginning of clothes rationing. Under the Consumer Rationing Order, anyone conducting a bazaar or sale of work is required to take the appropriate number of coupons when rationed goods are supplied. Re-made garments are not exempt from coupons
