§ 73. Mr. Edward Evansasked the Minister of Food whether the embargo on the transmission of oatmeal from Scotland through the post will now be removed, in view of the difficulty in getting fresh oatmeal in certain areas.
§ Mr. StracheyThere is no embargo on sending oatmeal by post, but under the Oat Products (Control and Maximum Prices) Order, 1945, no extra charge for delivery may be added to the maximum retail price.
