§ Sir S. CrippsThe known producers of chlorine are: Imperial Chemical Industries, Ltd., The Staveley Coal and Iron Co., Ltd., and L. Dennis and Co., Ltd., Manchester. The latter company are, however, understood to produce only sufficient chlorine for their own requirements. As regards the second part of the Question, it would not be in accordance with established practice to disclose such information; as regards the third part, I assume my hon. Friend is referring to bulk delivery in tank wagons. Only I.C.I. deliver in this way and I understand prices are on a delivered to consumer and not on an ex-works basis.
