§ 85 Major Legge-Bourkeasked the President of the Board of Trade what industries have lost, as compared with 1939, more than six per cent. of labour recorded for the coalmining industry; which of these industries have exceeded the decline of 20 per cent. in output per head recorded by the same industry; which of them have shown a smaller decline; and what these declines amount to per cent. in each case.

As regards the remainder of the Question, I would refer him to the reply given to my hon. Friend the Member for Accrington (Mr. Scott-Elliot) on 13th February, and to my right hon. and learned Friend's statement in the House yesterday.
